What is my natal chart?
Your natal chart or birth chart is the representation of the exact positions of all the planets and their relation to earth at the time of your birth. Your natal chart does not change, and you retain it all your life. It is the basis of all astrology readings.

What are the differences between astrology, psychic and tarot card readings?
All three are similar on the surface. The main differences are the tools the reader uses to give the readings. A psychic uses psychic impressions or intuition. A tarot card reader uses the Tarot cards to facilitate psychic impressions. An astrologer uses the positions of the planets as a basis for the reading. The main advantage of an astrology reading is that it is by far the most accurate method in the timing of future events. During a reading, Jon will always give a precise time window for future events. Also, astrology is the best method for discovering one's identity, soul purpose and vocation.

What types of questions can I ask during the reading?
Basically, any question that can be put into words may be asked. Your questions may relate to any problem or circumstance—past, present or future. Ask about Love, Relationship, Money, Health, Career or whatever else you are concerned about.

Does Jon read from my astrological chart when giving the reading?
Jon uses your complete natal or birth chart as a basis for the reading. In addition, he also prepares your progressed and transiting charts, so that the most complete view of your future may be obtained.

Do astrologers on other services always read from my chart?
Possibly. But there are many astrologers featured on various services who do not. Often, a reading may be given based on Sun Sign interpretations only. Many readers who call themselves "astrologers" are not astrologers at all, but merely counselors who have some working knowledge of the sun signs. This is not the case with Jon. He reads from your natal, progressed and transiting charts while talking to you.

What are the differences between natal, forecast and compatibility readings?
A natal reading is based on the chart of planetary positions at the time of your birth. This type of reading covers your personality, career orientation, health issues, family, life purpose and how you respond to the various areas of life. A forecast reading is used to make predictions concerning future events in your life. A compatibility reading evaluates your compatibility with another person, romantic or otherwise. Your session with Jon is not restricted to one type of reading only. Many callers wish to have a combination of all three reading types during their session. If you wish Jon to get into compatibility issues, you must provide birth information for the other person.

What should I know about a reader's qualifications?
There is nothing worse than feeling you have after receiving a bad reading by an unqualified psychic or astrologer. Psychic services can sometimes feature "readers" who read from a script or who make things up off the top of their head. These practices will never occur in a reading by Jon. You have the assurance that your reader is one of the most qualified astrologers in the country.
